Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds/ Exchanges Process:

To return an item:
1. please email World By Shotglass Customer Support at support@worldbyshotglass.com  or reach out to us by WhatsApp Chat at +1(646)203-8656 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. After we process your return, you will receive and RMA number and Prepaid Postal Label (USPS or UPS) by email.
3. After receiving a RMA number and Prepaid Postal Label, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

4. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

5. Once your return has been inspected and  approved,  your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days of receiving returned merchandise back at our office.

Note:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@worldbyshotglass.com and we will respond with exact instructions on how to proceed. The process is similar that the one outlined above in Refunds/Exchanges Process section.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
